The kit behind the claims.

We keep the equipment on site. 400 m² of chemical and polymer laboratories in Yavne. If a program needs a bigger instrument, we borrow one.

A well-equipped laboratory of our own.

We keep a wide range of analytical and processing instruments in house. When a program needs a tool we do not have, we have priority access to our customers’ laboratories and to major Israeli universities, including:

  • Ben-Gurion University of the Negev
  • Tel Aviv University

Mixing & formulation

  • Liquid formulations mixing pilot, up to 50 kg per batch.
  • Inline Cavitron ultra high shear mixer, up to 30 L/min.
  • Lab scale high shear mixer, 20 to 500 ml.
  • Brabender mixer, under 50 g.
  • Horn and bath sonicators, Branson Sonifier 450.
  • Sonication bath.
  • Mortar and pestle mill.

Coating & spray

  • Ultra high pressure polyurethane and polyurea two component spray, Graco.
  • Spin coater.
  • Roll to roll gravure coating, 0.5 m web.
  • Roll to roll spray coating, 0.5 m web.
  • Pneumatic spray systems, Schleak.

Fiber, film & additive

  • FDM 3D printer.
  • Pilot line for 3D printing filament.

  • Polymer fiber spinning, melt and wet.

Processing

  • Ultrasonic welding machine TC-100, continuous.
  • Vacuum chamber oven KF-300.
